The Job :
The person will be responsible for functioning of the Customer Service Unit, ensuring that all walk-in/digital customers are handled effectively and efficiently, providing exceptional service while adhering to the company's guidelines and Service Level Agreements within Life Ops. This role will entail handling all claim inquiries, including surrenders and loans, as well as policy servicing.
