Executive - Employee Relations

JOB PROFILE

The ideal candidate should be an energetic team player with excellent communication, a proactive attitude, ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve defined business KPI.

Requirements: 

  • A degree or a diploma in Human Resources Management.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in a manufacturing Environment.
  • Must be familiar with employee relation.
  • Drive employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure that employee absenteeism and turnover reduction tools are applied effectively.
  • Advise and train supervisors in maintaining employees relations methods and strategies.
  • Strong planning & Organizing skills and ability of multi-tasking.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently & in a team with minimum supervision.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft office package.
  • Should have a positive attitude, Listening skills, Expression, Enthusiasm & Confidence.
