JOB PROFILE.

  • Must be Familiar with employee relation.
  • Drive Employee Engagement Activities.
  • Advice and Train Supervisors in maintaining employee's relation methods and strategies.
  • Supporting in recruitment efforts.
  • Handling employee Grievances and inquires.
  • Organizing / planning / coordinating social welfare activities.

CANDIDATES.

  • A Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
  • Strong Planning & Organizing skills and ability of multitasking.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently & in a team with minimum supervision
  • Knowledge in Microsoft office package.
  • Should have positive attitude, Listening skills, Expressions, Enthusiasm, confidence, Adaptability Flexibility and Responsiveness.
  • Sound Knowledge in Tamil will be an added qualification.
