We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented person to join our team who will handle all correspondence of Export Documentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing all documentation required for international shipments including customs clearances and freight forwarding.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Obtaining necessary permits and licenses for the export of goods, such as export licenses, certificates of origin, health certificate, sanitary and
    phytosanitary certificates
  • Coordinating with various parties who are involved in processing exports including the shipper, freight forwarder, customs broker, consignee, etc.
  • Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.
  • Reviewing purchase orders and sales contracts to ensure compliance in export regulations.
  • Coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure timely and accurate documentation
  • Communicating with suppliers and customers to gather necessary information for export documentation
  • Preparing and processing all export declarations, any other required documents and maintain an accurate record of all export shipments/documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in handling export documentation. 
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel
