JOB PROFILE

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to pursue career in Human Resources and Administration. The ideal candidate should be energetic team player with excellent communication, proactive attitude, ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve tight deadlines.

RECRUITMENT

• A degree or a diploma in Human Resources Management.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be familiar with employee relation.
• Drive employee engagement activities.
• Ensure that employee absenteeism and turnover reduction tools are applied effectively.
• Advise and train supervisors in maintaining employee's relations methods an strategies.
• Strong planning & organizing skills and ability of multi-tasking.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently & in a team with minimum supervision.
• Knowledge in Microsoft office package.
• Should have positive attitude, Listening skills, Expressions, Enthusiasm, Confidence, Adaptability/Flexibility and Responsiveness.
• Sound knowledge in Tamil will be an added qualification.
