JOB PROFILE

RECRUITMENT
- A degree or a diploma in Human Resources Management.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be familiar with employee relation.
- Drive employee engagement activities.
- Ensure that employee absenteeism and turnover reduction tools are applied effectively.
- Advise and train supervisors in maintaining employee's relations methods an strategies.
- Strong planning & organizing skills and ability of multi-tasking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently & in a team with minimum supervision.
- Knowledge in Microsoft office package.
- Should have positive attitude, Listening skills, Expressions, Enthusiasm, Confidence, Adaptability/Flexibility and Responsiveness.
- Sound knowledge in Tamil will be an added qualification.
