Eligibility Criteria :

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar capacity 
  • Age between 30-35 Years.
  • A bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or equal Professional Qualification.
  • Knowledge in HRIS and experience in data management.
  • In depth knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws, regulations, policies & procedures, SOP.
  • Excellent communication, Interpersonal skills with good command in Sinhala & English language (written & spoken).
  • Should be confident, self-driven, well-organized individual who can work under pressure.
  • Preference will be given to those who reside near Bandaragama area.
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Timely and accurate processing of payroll and documentation (EPF, ETF etc.)
  • Setting, managing and monitoring the daily schedules of Janitors, Gardeners, and Security staff and maintaining the hygiene procedures including pest control and cleanliness as per ISO 13485 guidelines.
  • Coordinate with operational management, identify shortages, recruitment, interviewing, hiring & on boarding the right candidate within the agreed timelines.
  • Assist to manage employee absenteeism, turnover and updating department performance indicators.
  • Coordinate with all subunits and supervise for administration, outsourced services and other relevant activities.
  • Training and/or supervising clerical workers.
  • Arranging meetings and other monthly events.
  • Develop and carry out an efficient document management.
  • Manage day today HRIS related matters of shift workers.
