We invite applications from suitably qualified individuals for the post of Executive - Human Resources. The selected candidate will report to the Assistant Manager - Human Resources. 

The Executive - Human Resources will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the identification and recruitment of candidates with the relevant
    competencies to enhance the business competitive advantage
  • Developing and publishing job advertisements for vacant positions by liaising with internal and external graphic designers and online recruitment agents
  • Liaising with Headhunters, Universities, and External Partners to build a talent pipeline 
  • Coordinating and assisting in the sector induction and onboarding programme for new recruits
  • Developing role clarifications for new positions by evaluating expected job role,
    reporting structures and responsibilities
  • Assisting in the recruitment and selection process for special projects
  • Ensuring smooth inflow of information for recruitment analytics
  • Special projects related to recruitment & selection

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have a bachelor's degree in human resources management or business management, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar job role
  • Have the ability to thrive in a very fast paced and agile environment.
