Our product portfolio consists of Woven casualwear, knit outerwear, loungewear and intimate products as well. Our state of the art production facility is located in Ibbagamuwa, Kurunegala District and Seeduwa, Katunayaka. We are in a process of putting together a team of dynamic, innovative, and Self-motivated leaders who will achieve their vision in life by supporting our rapid expansion plan at our Ibbagamuwa plant.

Key results areas of the job

Individual will be responsible for the efficiency improvement of sewing process by implementing methods and strategies while working in coordination with the production team. Foreseeable knowledge of identifying bottle necks and possible drops in the sewing process will be a key.

Desired profile.

• Diploma/Certificate in Industrial Engineering/Textiles technology or Production management.
• More than 02 years experience in knit and woven products where produce shorts/pants/jackets/T-Shirts/shirts.
• Very systematic / analytical approach to problems.
• Ability of working independently with a minimum supervision.
• Good in human relation and motivational skills to achieve exceptional performance.

General -: Candidates in the suburb of Kurunegala will be preferred.
