JOB PROFILE

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to pursue a career in Industrial Engineering. The ideal candidate should be energetic team player with excellent communication, proactive attitude, ability to be self-motivated and work independently to achieve tight deadlines.

EXECUTIVE - INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING (GALAGEDARA)

• Prepare line layouts & operation breakdowns on time.
• Prepare plant machine requirements.
• Prepare operation breakdowns for costing purpose.
• Prepare & issue IE monthly and daily reports on time for management.
• Meet Monthly savings targets.
• Do innovations as per the plant KPI.
• Meet plant plan efficiency & standards hours.
• Provide thread consumptions.

CANDIDATES

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in engineering, textile, or any management related field; or a combination of education and experience; Associate plus 3 years relevant work experience.
• Fluent Knowledge in Work study function in an apparel manufacturing.
• Fluent Knowledge in GSD.
• Should be an innovative thinker.
• Fluent knowledge in lean manufacturing
• Fluent knowledge in English and computer literacy (MS Office) are Must.
• Good Leadership skills and Negotiation skills.
• Ability to work as a team.
