THE CHALLENGE

Coordinate day-to-day activities of manufacturing staff so that the team meets established plant targets while ensuring manufacturing best practices are established. Moreover, responsible for the overall management of the plant; ensuring smooth functioning while closely working with supporting functions (Technical, Quality, HR etc.)

RESPONSIBILITY

• Should be able to manage the warehouse in compliance with company policy and SOPs
• Able to Oversee the all-warehouse operation, receiving storing issuing, maintain the accurate stocks level & maintain health & Safety practice, FIFO.
• Set up the Layout to ensure the maximum space utilizations
• Coordinate with logistic, Sales (Domestic & Export) for inbound dispatch, Export shipments as per delivery plan.
• Follow up with Quality department for materials approval process &
• value-added material control
• Streamline the system/procedure & their functions, adhere to the SOP for smooth operation
• Produce report and statistic for the top management
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

REQUIREMENTS

• Process of diploma/Degree of supply chain/Warehouse Management/Logistic from reputed institute or University
• Minimum 03 - 05 years' experience in warehouse management
• Age below 32 years
• Previous experience in SAP will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication Skills in English, both oral and written
