JOB PROFILE

Manage material and inventory control function and AX support.

BOM and price validations - ERP

• Overlooking and manage BOM Validation process, Auditing.
• Raw material Price validation.
• Raw material Purchase order validation and approvals against the costing.

ERP supporting

• Functional ERP support for the supply chain team.

Inventory Management

• Inventory risk identification.
• Manage & follow up on the Inventory disposal process of the organization.
• Manage the inventory changes.
• Financial charges update.

Process auditing, development, and training.

• Work with Line manager on Supply chain process Auditing. (Functional)
• ERP user training and related documentation/assessments.
• Power BI training and usage monitoring.
• New process and system requirement gathering and presenting to the management.
• Prepare any ad hoc reports based on the management request.

CANDIDATES

• Should be qualified in either relevant Management degree, Diploma or Certification (Supply chain) / Partly qualified in CA (SL), CIMA (UK), ACCA (UK), CMA (SL) any other professional qualification
• Minimum 1 years' experience in manufacturing sector.
• Analytical skills.
• Microsoft Office package.
• Advance excels background.
• ERP background (Added advantage will be Microsoft AX 2012/2009/D365)
