We are looking for a dynamic individual who will be primarily responsible for the timely management of client contract close-out, extension, and renewal by managing the client contract life cycle and invoice cycle; this includes the preparation of contracts and related documents, client communication, system updates and other operational activities related to the monthly invoice cycle.
Responsibilities
- Timely management of contract close-out, extension and renewal by contract
- drafting, editing and preparation of other supporting documents
- Coordinating with the Account Management team for renewing contracts on time Proper record-keeping of all contract-related correspondence and documentation
- Communicating with internal teams and making sure agreements are signed on time
- Liaising with third-party entities for legal matters and other requirements
- Working with the finance team closely and assisting to manage the monthly invoicing cycle
- Working on internal systems and keeping records updated
- Assisting the finance & operations team with other administrative activities

Requirements
- A degree / higher diploma in Business Management / Operations or equivalent qualification
- Any qualification in finance will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English
- 1+ years of work experience in the Business Operations field
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
