Texlan Center (Pvt) Ltd is one of the BOI approved companies operating in Sri Lanka for the last 35 years in the business of manufacturing hosiery products for export. We are under the Interloop Group which is one of the world's largest hosiery manufacturers with Hosiery being its core business. The Company offers a wide range of socks with high quality levels and in line with all types of customers including top brands, retailers, specialty stores etc. The company is looking for dynamic, hardworking and ambitious individuals for the following vacancy."

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Liaise with production team to obtain plant utilization including delivery requirements
• Ability to reserve plant capacities, prepare loading plans, update relevant planning reports/system, ensure availability of resources after careful analysis and review of customer confirmation in order to facilitate smooth production and timely delivery of products to the customer.
• Smooth coordination between technical and production execution teams in order to identify critical parameters and lead times when preparing production plans.
• Review and analyse actual vs plan to highlight deviations in production targets and ensure corrective actions are immediately taken by closely working with production team.
• Prepare Management reports on production & delivery performance.
• Communicate and follow up production and delivey plans.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree/ Diploma in Business Management/Administration/Textile and clothing Technology.
• 3-5 Years experience in similar capacity in an apparels industry. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
