Executive Procurement Supply Chain (Female)

Responsibilities

• Planning delivery timetables
• Making sure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand
• Overseeing the ordering
• Maintain the documents as per the ISO/ GMP standard
• Ability to communicate with foreign suppliers
• Coordinate with other departments and get down the required materials according to their schedule
• Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination and Overseeing arrival of shipments

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma/ Certificate course with experience
• One-year experience in same category
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Good communication skills in English
• Knowledge of supply chain and stores functions
• Having knowledge of LC, TT, shipment handling, and related document handling will be an added advantage
• Sharp time management skills
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data

Preference will be given to the candidates living close to Malabe, Athurugiriya, Battaramulla, Kaduwela areas
