Executive Production

Latex Green (PVT) Ltd is one of the leading manufacturers of natural and organic carbon neutralized foam cores, toppers and pillows in Sri Lanka. We are the world's first certified organic latex foam manufacturer ISO 9001 certification and GOLS, Oeko-tex standard 100 class-1. The company operates in the export processing zone with infrastructure facilities provided by the Board of Investment (BOI) Sri Lanka. Our products are sold both overseas and in local markets. With overseas markets being our priority, it accounts to approximately 95% of the business's operations in 30+ countries including USA, Germany, France, and Australia.

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated individual having a flair to contribute towards company's objective of achieving production plans and promote our company culture on customer oriented mindset, quality and service excellence. He should be an excellent team player who would, with minimum supervision facilitate management to prepare and execute production plans, improve productivity, team culture/motivation and production efficiencies whilst meeting the required standard and regulatory requirements.

Your job responsibilities would entail the following:

Plan, organize the operations, and ensure availability of raw material requirement, man power requirement and working conditions. You should be willing to work on Day & Night shifts in rotation. Inculcate a culture of self motivated teams to complete production output according to the production batches planned this role will include the following duties and key responsibilities

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualification in Polymer science/Material science
• Minimum 1 year Previous Experience in manufacturing environment
