Executive - Quality Assurance

Job Profile

• Perform incoming quality checks for raw materials, chemicals and packing materials
• Monitoring process control parameters for controlled specifications and give necessary feedback to the production department for improvements
• Coordinating and arranging quality inspections for finished goods from external institutes for specified customers
• Checking final release records and analyzing the releasing quality levels
• Handling all chemical preparations (all the departments) with International Standards
• Carrying out internal system audits as per ISO requirements to identify non-confirming areas to take necessary corrective actions
• Preparing process analysis records with assistance of Manager - QA to improve the production processes. (weight average , quality average , process average records)
• Maintain and develop ISO 9001 quality management system
• Prepare and face for external and internal audits and prepare corrective action plans and implement the corrective actions for observations and non-conformities

Requirements

• Professional qualification/s such as Diploma in Quality Management from Sri Lanka Standards Institution or equal professional qualification from a recognized professional institution
• Ability to independently manage the quality assurance operation of the factory
• Possess at least 2-3 years' experience in a similar capacity in the Quality Assurance field
• Strong communication in oral and written communication skills in English
• Computer literacy is a must
• Ability to work long hours
• Be less than 30 years of age
• Preference will be given to the candidates who are residing in or around Biyagama area.
