Executive Senior Executive Procurement

We are a well-established group of companies in Sri Lanka since 2012 obtained WHO_GMP/ISO certification for manufacturing diagnostic medical devices in Sri Lanka and technical products to the export market. we are looking for competent, dynamic individuals for below mentioned position to our medical devices manufacturing facility and Head office located in Malabe, Colombo.

Responsibilities

• Making sure suppliers have enough stock to meet demand
• Overseeing the ordering
• Maintain the documents as per the ISO standard
• Coordinate with other departments and get down the required materials according to their schedule
• Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination and Overseeing arrival of shipments
• Coordinate with foreign suppliers and proceed required orders
• Overseeing the shipment of incoming goods

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma/ Certificate course with experience
• One-year experience in same category
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Knowledge of supply chain and stores functions
• Sharp time management skills
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
