The selected candidate will be responsible to,
- Coordination with Super Centers (SC) & Super Stores (SS) locations & guide them in order to run smooth operations.
- Prepare sales reports on weekly/ monthly basis
- Assist Head of operations in order to implement SS & SC financial sales budget & carder budget and Capex budget.
- Assist Head of Operations in order to prepare the operational feasibility plan for large scale outlets.
- Prepare executive carder reports and operational reports in every month end.
- Analyze direct overheads and other expenses in the relevant super center.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management/ Marketing/Supply Chain Management.
- More than 2 years of working experience in retail industry is preferred.
- Communicational skills both English & Sinhala.
- Excellent knowledge in advanced MS Excel functions.
- Self-motivated individual & willing to work under pressure.
