JOB PROFILE

• Procure pharmaceuticals and surgical items according to hospitals requirement
• Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate terms, prices and delivery schedules
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stock outs
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, contracts and other relevant documents
• Generate on-time reports pertaining to procurement activities for management decision
• Ensure that all purchased items meet quality and safety standards, adhering to regulatory requirement

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Logistic Management from a recognized university or institute
• Minimum 03 years of experience in supply chain management and procurement, preferably in hospital industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill
• Drive towards improvement based culture set industry benchmarks as targets
