Executive - Support & Coordination plays a critical role in providing administrative support to Senior Management while also assisting in various business analysis tasks. This position requires a combination of strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to the needs of the executive and the business.
Key Responsibilities.
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
- Conduct research and data analysis to support business decision-making.
- Prepare and maintain business process documentation, flowcharts, and diagrams.
- Collaborate with senior business analysts to develop and refine project plans.
- Assist in the development and execution of test cases and user acceptance testing.
- Help in the preparation of reports and presentations related to business analysis findings.
- Schedule appointments and arrange meetings.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and events.
- Handle email correspondence, draft emails, and respond to routine inquiries.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and confidential information.
- Ensure effective communication within the team and across departments.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating departmental meetings and events.
- Handle phone calls and messages, directing them appropriately.
- Stay updated on industry trends, business analysis methodologies, and best practices.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency n using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with project management and business analysis tools is a plus.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Adaptability and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of business analysis concepts is a plus.
- 2-3 Years prior experience in a similar role.
