Executive - Support & Coordination plays a critical role in providing administrative support to Senior Management while also assisting in various business analysis tasks. This position requires a combination of strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to the needs of the executive and the business.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
  • Conduct research and data analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Prepare and maintain business process documentation, flowcharts, and diagrams.
  • Collaborate with senior business analysts to develop and refine project plans.
  • Assist in the development and execution of test cases and user acceptance testing.
  • Help in the preparation of reports and presentations related to business analysis findings.
  • Schedule appointments and arrange meetings.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and events.
  • Handle email correspondence, draft emails, and respond to routine inquiries.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and confidential information.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and across departments.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating departmental meetings and events.
  • Handle phone calls and messages, directing them appropriately.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, business analysis methodologies, and best practices.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency n using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with project management and business analysis tools is a plus.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Adaptability and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of business analysis concepts is a plus.
  • 2-3 Years prior experience in a similar role.
