EXECUTIVE - TREASURY BACK OFFICE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure all transactions originating from Treasury Front Office and allied work process are completed with a minimum time gap and zero errors
  • Maintain zero back valuation and late payment charges
  • Ensure FX positions / securities holdings are balanced with GL and revalued
  • Ensure GL accounts pertaining to Treasury are balanced
  • Identify process improvements / enhancements and process refinements and recommended changes deemed necessary to the Management
  • Strict adherence to the compliance and statutory requirements
  • Hold accountability for execution of the "Operational Risk Management Committee" terms of reference

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma in Treasury and Risk Management offered by the Institute of Bankers or Certificate in Treasury and Foreign Exchange operations offered by Central Bank of Sri Lanka or Operations Certificate offered by ACI
  • Preferably a degree holder or a qualification in ACA, CIMA, ACCA
  • Possess minimum 3 years of working experience in the Treasury operation of a Financial Institution
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Adept at figures combined with speed and accuracy
