Responsibilities
- Assist Group Executive Chef on administration tasks
- Liaise with other departments, hotels and vendors related to culinary department projects
- Monitor inventory levels and provide necessary details to relevant stakeholders
- Tracking kitchen finances to identify areas of potential waste
- Assist Group Executive Chef to streamline processes to maintain prompt service
Prerequisites
- Previous experience in administration is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Strong communication and organising skills
