Teardrop Island is a collection of stylish, luxury boutique hotels and villas in distinct regions across the island. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist Group Executive Chef on administration tasks
  • Liaise with other departments, hotels and vendors related to culinary department projects
  • Monitor inventory levels and provide necessary details to relevant stakeholders
  • Tracking kitchen finances to identify areas of potential waste
  • Assist Group Executive Chef to streamline processes to maintain prompt service

Prerequisites

  • Previous experience in administration is a must
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Sinhala
  • Strong communication and organising skills
