Factory Engineer Indonesia

We seek a young energetic person who wishes to develop the career in the field of Production in our plant in Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Installation and commissioning of plant & machinery including performance evaluation against the purchase order.
• Planning and supervision of on-site welding and fabrication.
• Design and selection of machinery and utility requirements.
• Carry out timely preventive maintenance and maintain the required critical spare parts.
• Ability to supervise workforce and improve their efficiencies.
• Coordinating multiple projects internally and externally.
• Evaluate project proposals, Quotations and Bill of quantities and evaluate against market rates.
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules,
• budgets, and expenditures coordinating with management ensuring timely completion and desired industry standards.

Qualifications:

• BSc/NDT/HNDE/TTI or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a supervisory position or above.
• Computer literacy is essential. Familiarity with AUTO CAD Software, Project management & SAP based environment would be an added advantage.
• Coconut industry experience would be an added advantage
