Factory Manager BEng Mechanical Engineer

The selected candidate will be responsible for, 

• Ensure efficient and continuous operation of a complex manufacturing plant,
• Identify and implement technologies for low cost low manufacturing,
• Achieve lowest reference level production costs in the industry,
• Manage the production team and staff,
• Liaise with a variety of stakeholders at a senior level.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• B. Sc. Engineering (Mechanical) or Diploma in Mechanical engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years' experience after B. Sc. Engineering (Mechanical) in managerial capacity or 10 years after Diploma in Mechanical engineering in managerial capacity for at least 8 years.
• Excellent operations management and supervision skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical fabrication processes such as CNC, lathe and finishing.
• Experience working with troubleshooting micro controllers.
