Finance Assistant Manager

We seek to recruit an Assistant Manager for the finance team to support our growth. The ideal candidate will have experience both in financial and management accounting and be a self-motivated individual.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and and manage identified finance team functions
• Assist in cash flow management
• Provide financial strategy and management accounting support
• Prepare reports to analyze financial performance
• Ability to improve processes and drive operations towards a paperless environment
• Familiarity with Quickbooks or similar accounting softwareBudgeting and budget management
• Coordinating and supporting internal and external auditing

Ideal Profile;

• Minimum of four years of proven experience in a finance role
• Full or part completion in CIMA/ACCA/CA or a degree in Accounting/Finance
• An analytical mind and comfortable with numbers
• Ability to strategize and solve problems
• Strong leadership, ability to change and good written communication skills
