Financial Controller

Macksons Tiles Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, the largest tile manufacturer in Sri Lanka and a pioneer affiliate of a diversified business conglomerate, Macksons (www.macksons.com), invites applications from dedicated, qualified, self- motivated and dynamic individuals for the below position;

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CMA full/part qualification and/or degree in accountancy from recognized accoun institution.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting/Finance. (Experience in manufacturing sector would be an added advantage)
• In depth understanding of accounting principles.

Principal Accountabilities

• Create and monitor company policies and internal controls to protect company assets.
• Provide guidance on cost optimization across the business.
• Monitor and manage cash flows to optimize the cash flow cycle.
• Analyzing and reporting on the performance of investments.
• Overall supervision and monitoring supply chain management processes.

Personal attributes and Competencies required

• Self-motivated and dedicated team player with a great attitude and the passion and persistence to drive for excellent results.
• A methodical individual with strong problem-solving skills and excellent leadership qualities. 
• High level of integrity and capability to work independently.
• Availability to work extended hours to meet deadlines, when necessary.
