FMCG Executive- Kandy Super Center

The selected candidate will be responsible to,

• Achieve FMCG Category sales budgets monthly basis.
• Analyze department sales, stocks and other items.
• Control FMCG stocks within the targets and order stocks as per requirements of the Center.
• Liaise with audit department to carry out daily / weekly / monthly cycle counts.
• All departments should be free from expired & short expired items.
• All the promotion & promo materials should be updated within the given time.
• Manage staff roasters according to the department requirement.
• Carry out department briefings on weekly basis.
• Contribute to achieve super canter sales budgets & to control controllable overheads.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Passed G.C.E. advance level.
• Diploma/ degree in Business Management.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail field.
• Overseas retail experience would be an added advantage.
• Visual merchandising skills.
• Familiarity with financial and customer service principles.
• Analytical skills and problem-solving attitude.
• Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
