Front Office Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and emails
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain and update office records and databases
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings and events
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Completion of GCE O/L and GCE A/L Examinations
  • Proven work experience as a Front Office Coordinator, Receptionist or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
