Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls and emails
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain and update office records and databases
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings and events
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Completion of GCE O/L and GCE A/L Examinations
- Proven work experience as a Front Office Coordinator, Receptionist or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
