We are a restaurant located in the center of the Ella town with the capacity to serve over 150 guests, 2 separate Bar Counters, Pizzeria, and pastry kitchen.

We offer high-end Italian, Western, Sri Lankan, Mexican, and Mediterranean dishes. Currently we are looking to hire new staff in the role below.

GENERAL MANAGER - TO WORK IN OUR ELLA RESTAURANT

Desired Skills, Experiences and Expectations

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the field
• Past work experience in 3-5 star hotels or restaurants
• A diploma/ certificate in the Hospitality Industry from a recognized institution (an added advantage)
• Attention to detail, knowledge of ingredients and an anesthetic/artistic eye
• Ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room employees, and guests
• Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, confidence, and commitment
• Expats are also welcome
