Job Profile

• To carry out Gold Loan transactions as per company policies/procedures and practices
• To maintain stable gold advance portfolio and achieve the assigned gold loan targets
• To maintain a high recovery ratio through customers and to ensure that minimum gold articles are sent for auction
• To actively participate in business promotions, conduct local marketing campaigns and acquire new customers to the company
• Maintain zero tolerance in respect of adherence to all internal/external audit and regulatory compliance as applicable

Candidate Profile

• Should be self driven & self motivated
• Excellent negotiation skills and time management
• Prior experience in Gold loan Marketing would be an added advantage
• Ability to work with minimum supervision in highly competitive & highly regulatory environment
• Diploma/ Certification in related field would be an added advantage
