Green Leaf Sorting Officer - Tea Processing Center

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand the work that need to be done on a tea plantation/Tea processing Centre, regarding sorting of green leaf at the time of receiving at the Tea Processing Centre, to suite manufacture of quality teas
• Daily visiting the Tea Processing Centers at the time of receiving leaf, and again in the morning when leaf is ready for manufacture
• Maintenance of relevant records

PERSONAL SKILL & PROFILE

• Should possess a minimum of five years' work experience as a Field Officer or similar position on a Tea Plantation managed by the RPC or state owned Tea plantations
• Age preferred is below 55 years
• Should be a team player who is skilled with problem solving and good communication abilities
