- Identify current and emerging digital services of external business entities ranging entertainment, gaming, convenience, lifestyle, fintech, EdTech, me ditech, and other digital domains, and strike partnership opportunities that can enable mutual business growth.
- Identify market gaps that have significant revenue scale that can be solved with innovative digital solutions.
- Identify potential developers who may work in partnership to produce and market new solutions.
- Perform competitor analysis to pave strategic directions for organizations business growth.
- Work with cross-functional teams developing strategies that can span into marketing, sales, product developments, pricing distribution, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate across departments such as Finance, Technology, and Regulatory to evaluate the viability and feasibility of proposed plans.
- Provide leadership and guidance to teams fostering a culture of innovation, collaborative executions, and excellence
Role Pre requisites:
- Bachelor's/ Post graduate degree/ professional certification in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Technology fields.
- Should have wide exposure in handling product and service innovations in the digital services sector.
- Proven track record of 3 years
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to present and convince stakeholders.
- Experience in building and managing high-performing teams
