Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Hotel & Bakery, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize Restaurant performance.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including housekeeping, sales, and food and beverage, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.
  • Lead and motivate Restaurant staff, fostering a positive work culture and ensuring the highest levels of productivity and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/NHD/Diploma in hospitality, Management, Business administration or a relevant 
  • Age below 40 years.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Restaurant operations, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Restaurant operations, housekeeping, sales, and food and beverage.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
