Epic Unawatuna, a 17 room hotel, requires qualified and self-motivated employees with work experience.

  • OPERATIONAL MANAGER
  • COMMIS-I
  • HOUSEKEEPING STAFF
  • RESTAURANT WAITER

All Applicants should be

  • Below 45 years
  • Having adequate education and professional qualification
  • Able to work independently and long hours
  • Committed to deliver a high level of Customer service
  • Preference will be given to applicants who experience with working in luxury boutique hotels

OPERATIONAL MANAGER

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar capacity
  • Should
  1. ensure that the highest possible standards of guest hospitality, service and product are delivered
  2. be responsible for enhancing the guest experience yet maximizing bottom line conversion.
  3. Excellent communication skills are required.

COMMIS - I

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Should be able to carry out all the functions of the kitchen department
  • Fair English communication skills

HOUSEKEEPING STAFF

  • Should have minimum 2 year experience in similar capacity 
  • Stewarding skills will be an added advantage

RESTAURANT WAITER

  • 2-3 years of work experience as a Steward, Waiter, Restaurant Server, or a similar job role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Having a welcoming personality
  • Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
  • Ability to offer enhanced customer experience
