Qualifications Required

  • Minimum 05 years of experience in the HR and administration field
  • Degree / Diploma in relevant field
  • Passed the G.C.E (O/L) and G.C.E (A/L)
  • Strong MS Office skills and IT proficiency are required
  • Female or Male
  • Outstanding written and spoken English communication skills
  • Proficiency in Sinhala language is a requirement
  • Age 30+ years.

  • Capable of independently handling diverse administrative tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Maintains exceptional personal ethics and integrity
  • Quick learner and a cooperative team player
  • Familiarity with HR practices and labor registrations.
  • Skilled in essential IT tasks (Email, Internet, MS-Office, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Innovative thinking

Responsibilities & Duties:

HRM

  • Proficient in all HRM functions (Recruitment, Termination, EPF/ETF, Gratuity, Domestic and Labor Inquiries)
  • Primary contact for labor-related concerns
  • Expertise in Company HR Policies, Rules, and HR Metrics
  • Support finance department in ensuring accurate payroll data
  • Create and execute Training & Development initiatives
  • Oversee HR and Admin activities for Farms and Stores
  • Coordinate and manage employee welfare and insurance programs

Admin

  • Coordinate all administrative procedures for smooth operations (liaison with external partners, lawyers, departments, insurance vendors, system vendors, company secretaries)
  • Maintain organized company files and records
  • Manage facility operations
  • Oversee administrative and communication tasks for the CEO
