Qualifications Required
- Minimum 05 years of experience in the HR and administration field
- Degree / Diploma in relevant field
- Passed the G.C.E (O/L) and G.C.E (A/L)
- Strong MS Office skills and IT proficiency are required
- Female or Male
- Outstanding written and spoken English communication skills
- Proficiency in Sinhala language is a requirement
- Age 30+ years.

Responsibilities & Duties:
HRM
- Proficient in all HRM functions (Recruitment, Termination, EPF/ETF, Gratuity, Domestic and Labor Inquiries)
- Primary contact for labor-related concerns
- Expertise in Company HR Policies, Rules, and HR Metrics
- Support finance department in ensuring accurate payroll data
- Create and execute Training & Development initiatives
- Oversee HR and Admin activities for Farms and Stores
- Coordinate and manage employee welfare and insurance programs
Admin
- Coordinate all administrative procedures for smooth operations (liaison with external partners, lawyers, departments, insurance vendors, system vendors, company secretaries)
- Maintain organized company files and records
- Manage facility operations
- Oversee administrative and communication tasks for the CEO
