Job Profile
- Publishing vacancy adverts, screening/shortlisting applicants and arranging interviews.
- Attending to EPF/ETF/RR6 registrations & claims.
- Assist & coordinate staff welfare, health & safety activities.
- Liaise with suppliers & service providers for on time ordering of office supplies.
- Arrange staff transportation.
- Assist in vehicle maintenance activities.
- Assist with other day-to-day operations of the HR department functions and duties.
Candidate Profile
- Certificate/Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized University or Institution.
- Excellent command in English in both speaking and writing.
- Dynamic team player with time management & interpersonal skills.
- Should be self-motivated and result orientated individual.
- Basic computer literacy with MS Office Packages, email & internet.
