Job Profile

  • Publishing vacancy adverts, screening/shortlisting applicants and arranging interviews.
  • Attending to EPF/ETF/RR6 registrations & claims.
  • Assist & coordinate staff welfare, health & safety activities.
  • Liaise with suppliers & service providers for on time ordering of office supplies.
  • Arrange staff transportation.
  • Assist in vehicle maintenance activities.
  • Assist with other day-to-day operations of the HR department functions and duties.

Candidate Profile

  • Certificate/Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized University or Institution.
  • Excellent command in English in both speaking and writing.
  • Dynamic team player with time management & interpersonal skills.
  • Should be self-motivated and result orientated individual.
  • Basic computer literacy with MS Office Packages, email & internet.
