REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or professional Qualification in HR from a recognized University or Institute.
  • Minimum 01 year working experience.
  • Experience in IT industry will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literacy, interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Sinhala & English.
  • Create a positive working environment by implementing effective disciplinary management within the prioritization.
  • Age below 40 years.
  • Handling all the HR & Admin work related to the company
  • Strong planning and organizing skills and ability of multi-tasking

REMUNERATION

Negotiable and in par with industry standards to commensurate with the experience and qualifications
