KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
- Coordinate and schedule training programs and workshops for employees.
- Support HR initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and talent development.
- Assist in creating various HR related reports.
- Handle administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing meetings.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Pursuing/completed a Bachelor's degree/diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
