HR and Admin Assistant


  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and leave records.
  • Coordinate and schedule training programs and workshops for employees.
  • Support HR initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and talent development.
  • Assist in creating various HR related reports.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing meetings.


  • Pursuing/completed a Bachelor's degree/diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws would be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
