The ideal candidates should

• Be between 20-26 years of age.
• Be a student pursuing PQHRM/ Diploma in HR or any other equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• Possess good verbal & written communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Be computer literate with sound knowledge in MS Office package.
• Be able to work under pressure / proactive & familiar with team approach.
• Preference will be given to those who have experience in HR related activities & who have a passion to work in human resources department.
• Candidates living in close proximity to Colombo are encouraged to apply.
