Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs, including organizing training sessions, maintaining training records, and tracking employee progress.
- Assist in maintaining HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR, preferably in the apparel industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
