HR Assistant - Payroll (Female)

Candidate Profile

  • Certificate/Diploma in HRM from recognized institute or university.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in payroll system.
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office packages with Sinhala and English typing)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Age below 30 years.
  • Candidate with immediate available is preferred.
  • Candidate close to Homagma area is added advantage.

Job Profile

  • Managing and updating attendance system.
  • Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Responsible for employee final payments.
  • Prepare monthly overtime and no pay.
  • Responsible for the monthly payroll processing and payroll related reports.
  • Assist for HR day to day functions.
  • Coordinate with team members and attend to their inquiries.
  • Respond effectively and timely manner to all assignments consigned by superiors.
