HR Associate (Contract Basis)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely data entry of candidate details to the HRIS System.
- Carry out all correspondence with candidates, job agencies and outsourcing partners as appropriate with regards to the recruitments.
- Support to prepare of recruitment Management Information on timely basis.
- Ensure all personal files of employees are completed and up to date.
Candidates are required to have
- Following a degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management from a foreign / local University.
- Minimum one year of experience in similar capacity.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala Languages.
- Strong relationship management skills.
