HR Associate (Contract Basis)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and timely data entry of candidate details to the HRIS System.
  • Carry out all correspondence with candidates, job agencies and outsourcing partners as appropriate with regards to the recruitments. 
  • Support to prepare of recruitment Management Information on timely basis.
  • Ensure all personal files of employees are completed and up to date.

Candidates are required to have

  • Following a degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management from a foreign / local University. 
  • Minimum one year of experience in similar capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala Languages.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
