JOB ROLE
- Develop HR Road map for Executive and above cadre in the Business Unit inline with the overall business objectives and HR Priorities.
- Drive Performance Management system, Talant Management systems of the Business Unit.
- Work closely with the Business Unit Head on HR related deliverables.
- Ensure smooth functioning of employee life cycle management of executive and above cadre.
- Support regional HR related project initiatives with agreed deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS
- A degree in HR or relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in similar role preferably in manufacturing environment.
- Highest level of integrity with effective communication skills.
- Processes strong initiatives, excellent management, leadership and problem-solving skills.
