HR Business Partner for Sales

We are seeking an HR Business Partner (Executive Grade) to join the Maliban HR Team to coordinate and support various organizational activities and functions. Through this role, you would assist the team in the Sales Force Administration, and other assigned HR functions by the Management, including below tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fulfill sales force requirement with the support of Sales Management Team.
• Coordinating interviews process of the Sales Team.
• Monitoring & handling grievances of Sales Team.
• Following up & monitoring DSR merchandisers' salaries and other statutory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES

• Academic or Professional Qualifications in HR.
• Minimum 4 - 5 years' experience in HR, in Sales- oriented environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good computer literacy.
