HR Executive

Responsibilities

  • Handle onboarding process of all new employees
  • Contract letter and offer letter preparation.
  • Prepare HR reports, documentations, develop JD's and maintain personal files
  • Set up Key Performance Indicators of employees in the SBU
  • Identify training needs of each levels of employees and coordinate them with training facilities and resources
  • Responsible for employees attendance / payroll and other admin functions of the SBU

Requirements

  • A Possess A Degree In Human Resource Management Or Full Professional Qualification In HRM
  • A Minimum 2 Years Experience As An Executive In A Manufacturing Environment
  • A Previous Experience In Handling Training And Development Function
    In An Organization, Would Be An Added Advantage
  • Knowledge In Employee Relation And Industrial Relation
  • Age Below 35 Years
