Responsibilities
- Handle onboarding process of all new employees
- Contract letter and offer letter preparation.
- Prepare HR reports, documentations, develop JD's and maintain personal files
- Set up Key Performance Indicators of employees in the SBU
- Identify training needs of each levels of employees and coordinate them with training facilities and resources
- Responsible for employees attendance / payroll and other admin functions of the SBU
Requirements
- A Possess A Degree In Human Resource Management Or Full Professional Qualification In HRM
- A Minimum 2 Years Experience As An Executive In A Manufacturing Environment
- A Previous Experience In Handling Training And Development Function
In An Organization, Would Be An Added Advantage - Knowledge In Employee Relation And Industrial Relation
- Age Below 35 Years
