The HR Executive will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of human resources within the organization. This multifaceted position involves overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Executive will work closely with the HR team and company leadership to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and practices, aligning them with the organization's strategic goals.
PREREQUISITES
- Below 35 years of age
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar position
- A degree and/or professional qualification in Human Resources/Business Management
- Knowledge of business management principles
- Familiarity with modern HR techniques and industry standard practices
- Conversant with labour laws, industrial relations, health and safety procedures
- Computer literacy with proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication, team building, decision-making and people management skills
- Ability to work with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds
