- Age below 30 years.
- Should partly qualified CIPM or professional qualifications in HR from a recognized university or Institute.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and Communication tools.
- Strong decision-making and problem solving skills.
- A humble personality with empathy and team spirit.
- More than 02 years of proven experience in the Human Resource field.
