Key Responsibilities:

  • Support all internal and external HR & Admin related inquiries or requests.
  • Maintain records of employees.
  • Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
  • Assisting with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference check.
  • Assisting with onboarding, induction and employee documentation.
  • Assist with performance management procedures.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR & Admin activities.
  • Complete termination paper work and exit interviews.
  • Assisting in day-to-day HR & Admin functions.


  • Qualified/Part qualified in Human Resources Management from a recognized University/Institute.
  • Minimum 01 - 02 years' experience in similar capacity.
  • Age Below 25 years.
  • Should possess comprehensive working knowledge in MS office package.
  • Excellent work ethic and ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • A team player with Positive Attitudes.
  • Preference candidate close to Negombo and Colombo area.
