Key Responsibilities:
- Support all internal and external HR & Admin related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain records of employees.
- Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
- Assisting with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference check.
- Assisting with onboarding, induction and employee documentation.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR & Admin activities.
- Complete termination paper work and exit interviews.
- Assisting in day-to-day HR & Admin functions.
Requirements:
- Qualified/Part qualified in Human Resources Management from a recognized University/Institute.
- Minimum 01 - 02 years' experience in similar capacity.
- Age Below 25 years.
- Should possess comprehensive working knowledge in MS office package.
- Excellent work ethic and ability to work with minimum supervision.
- A team player with Positive Attitudes.
- Preference candidate close to Negombo and Colombo area.
