Role and Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Responsibility and Administrating of recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Executing the employee's performance review procedures.
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
- Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
- Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones.
- Creating HR analytics and reporting
- Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.
- Adhering to all the company's rules and regulations.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Part or Full professional qualifications in HRM.
- 5 or more years of working experience as an HR Executive or a similar role in the Human Resources department.
- Should have knowledge of HR related processes and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal, people management and communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills and English writing skills.
- Strong work ethics and Team-oriented personality.
