Role and Responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Responsibility and Administrating of recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Executing the employee's performance review procedures.
  • Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
  • Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies.
  • Creating new HR policies and updating the existing ones.
  • Creating HR analytics and reporting
  • Conducting exit interviews to identify the reason for termination/resignation.
  • Adhering to all the company's rules and regulations.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Part or Full professional qualifications in HRM.
  • 5 or more years of working experience as an HR Executive or a similar role in the Human Resources department.
  • Should have knowledge of HR related processes and labor laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal, people management and communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills and English writing skills.
  • Strong work ethics and Team-oriented personality.
