We are looking for a suitable qualified person to join the company as a HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE for the following role and responsibilities.
JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- New employees orientation
- Monitor and maintain staff attendance and leave
- Preparing and maintaining current HR files, leave records and new employees personnel files
- Prepare and submit data pertaining to monthly Salary, Bonus EPF, ETF, Gratuity.
- Annual Increments and allowances advance payments
- Providing relevant information on pay rates, recent agreement, legal aspects & Labor procedures
- Assist in records maintenance and performance reviews and disciplinary actions
- Preparing periodic reports - Attendance summery, overtime summery
- Checking and recording attendance of on daily basis
- Managing Admin related duties
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven working experience as a HR Executive
- Knowledge on HR system and data base
- In-depth knowledge of labour laws and best HR Practices
- Diploma in Human Resources management at CIPM or NIBM and 03 years' work experience
- Age between 20-30 years is preferred
